Bringing Light
Israeli families come to the U.S. for many reasons, some for urgent pediatric medical treatment and others seeking strength and healing after unimaginable loss due to the ongoing war. At Chabad of Tribeca/Soho, as a community, we remain focused on our core values: supporting those in need, cultivating kindness, showing generosity through our resources and time and standing with unwavering love for Israel. We believe that even in the darkest times, we can bring light, connection, and moments of joy.

'Bringing Light' was created to uplift and support these families through meaningful experiences filled with comfort, care, and community. These gatherings are more than a moment of comfort - they are an expression of solidarity, strength, and shared hope. Throughout the year, we continue to host programs that uplift, connect, and support, with our love for Israel at the heart of it all.

We have begun welcoming teens and soldiers who have been directly impacted by the war. Some have lost parents or siblings in the October 7 attacks, and others have loved ones currently being held hostage. These young people are invited to special events, offering them a joyful and uplifting space and a much-needed break from the emotional weight they carry.

This is just the beginning. With compassion, love, and community, we’re creating a space of hope and healing, making the world a little brighter for our Israeli brothers and sisters in need.
